We met online on Bumble, where Chris sent the first message: “Looks like we have a lot in common.” And he was right! From the beginning, we bonded over our love for paddle boarding, yoga, traveling, and especially our shared love for Colorado. Some of our first dates were spent paddle boarding on the water, yoga, and going to concerts together and the adventures haven’t stopped since.

Chris proposed in Costa Rica at the beautiful restaurant Coyol, in Nosara. Getting there was its own adventure. We drove up a huge mountain in pouring rain, and even lost GPS along the way. But once we arrived, it was the most magical place, the sky was glowing blue, lightning danced across the horizon, and Chris asked the big question.

Together, we love traveling, exploring Austin, practicing yoga, paddle boarding, and creating a life full of adventure and laughter. One of the greatest joys has been blending our families. Chris with his three kids and Jennifer with her daughter. Watching them grow together has been such a gift.
